"I bought my 2007 Chevy Suburban from your dealership in March 2007 after working with at least two other dealerships. To be honest I was hesitant to buy from Van Horn Chevy because I heard bad things regarding your customer service and maintenance areas. I decided to judge your dealership on my own and not listen to outside influences. The main reason is because I felt I got the best price for the Suburban and best trade on my car. I bought at a time when you were offering the Free Tires for Life program. This is the real reason for my letter. When hearing about the program I can tell you it helped with the decision, but in the back of my mind I anticipated a huge fight with you guys when it came time to collect. This was just based on experiences with other companies that offer incentives to buy their product, or warranty claims for something that didn’t work, and I figured you were offering the program with the idea that not may people would actually fallow through with it, and end up with new tires. On the contrary, U just had my first new set of tires put on, and I couldn’t be happier. You have exceeded my wildest expectations. The tires are excellent, and the service was top notch!! "This was one of the best experiences that I've had with a dealership. I filled out a credit app online and the fianance guy called the next day and I explained what I was looking for and what I wanted for payments. Within an hour he called back and said I got you approved for a 2010 Chevy Cobalt just had to wait for it to come in on the truck. Once it cam in I went in and the staff and the fianance guy and the sales consultant were very friendly. The finance guy and the sales guy made it most enjoyable to be there. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to buy a car and get an awesome service from great people there.
